Application

This kind of oil purifier is applicable to purification of various used black engine oil from transport facilities such as ship and automobile. This machine can remove the tiny impurities dispersed in oil such as carbon particles and deep oxides, as well as bad substance such as colloid and bitumen. Thus, the clarity of oil is recovered and the color of used black engine oil is restored.

1. This machine adopts physical & chemical theory to get the refined and regenerated oil.

2. with the special waste gas collecting and absorbing device, this machine can stop most of the harmful gas going into the air and be friendly to the environment.

3. The fine filtering system use fully-automatic filter press with liquid press method to remove impurities, which have big area to filter impurities and can be operated and maintained easily.

4. The advanced fully-automatic temperature controlling system, liquid-level controlling system, defoaming controlling system, pressure protecting system and excellent equipment can ensure operation of the machine with high performance.

5. Indirect heating used by the heating system to ensure waste oil to be heated evenly and the temperature of waste oil to be stable.

6. The vacuum system is used for high-level removing the micro water and the left gas of the waste oil.

7. This machine also installed phase-sequence and open-phase protection and creepage-proof protection.
