ZJ Vacuum Pumping Unit Series
Use:
This unit is suitable for pumping in substation industries, administration of power
supply, power generation plants, and transformer manufactory for electrical vacuum
devices, and is also suitable for pumping in vacuum melting, welding, drying,
chemical pharmacy. It can achieve an operating vacuum degree of 133Pa at the
same time attain an limit vacuum degree of 5Pa. But gases which are unsuitable
for pumping include toxic gases, explosive gases, gases with high oxygen content,
gases with high moisture content, gases which are reactive with the vacuum gas
or cause erosive effect on ferrous metal.

Feature:
(1) Quick starting, high pumping rate, stable performance, easy-to-use.
(2) The unit takes Roots Pump as main pump and spinning vacuum pump as pre-stage
pump.
(3) A vacuometer is used to meter and control vacuum of pumped container.
(4) The unit adopts France-made Schineider Electric for control element.
(5) Full-automatic and non-presence of operation with lamps indicating the condition
of operation.
(6) Humanization design, low noise, less energy expenditure, economical to circulate
cost.
Optional mode:
(1) Available in mobile or stationary options.
(2) Kinds of purifiers can be made totally enclosed, open or canopy-covering.
(3) The client's requirements can be met by adopting PLC intelligent and displaying
dynamically.
